Whether it’s our staff, our clients, or our community, people are at the heart of everything we do. We employ 50 direct staff, and regularly reinvest in our people, ensuring that they are given the most up to date and relevant training possible. Our team are motivated and highly skilled, and we take pride in our collaborative and progressive working environment which results in an exceptionally strong team. Equally important is the community which we are part of. In every project we undertake, we consider the positive impact we can make on the local community, seeking to promote and enhance a thriving and vibrant lifestyle for all. Our social impact policy has seen us working with schools, community groups and charities.
Planet
As an EcoActive member, we are fully committed to playing our part and contributing to Jersey’s Carbon Neutral Roadmap. In 2023 we were proud to be certified as the first Bronze level Carbon Literate organisation in the Channel Islands, going on to achieve our Silvery accreditation at the start of 2025. All of our Senior Management staff are individually certified, and we appoint an environmental lead to every project site. We have committed to calculating our Scope 1 and 2 Carbon Emissions, setting targets to reduce these wherever possible.. Ashbe aims to protect and enhance the natural biodiversity of the island, preserving our island’s beauty for generations to come.
