The £12 million renovation of the historic Grade 2 listed Jersey Opera House was completed by Ashbe Construction in 2024. The building was in a state of significant disrepair, and required extensive renovation and refurbishment throughout. The objectives included bringing the building into line with modern standards, updating the fire strategy, addressing accessibility issues for both performers and audiences, and decarbonising the building to enhance future operational efficiency and sustainability.
