Here we constructed three luxury new build homes in the First Tower area. All of the homes were spread over three floors and were constructed using Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), a modern method of construction that utilises offsite manufacturing techniques to minimise time onsite, reduce costs and improve thermal performance. The ground floor is a semi basement structure and was constructed with reinforced waterproof concrete.

Two of the properties have 3 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and one has 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) all with balconies and far reaching sea views over St Aubins bay. Luxury fittings were specified throughout with modern kitchens and bathroom suites to give a real sense of finesse when entering the properties.
